I use two companies called Cytoplan and Microbz, who are U.K. based and only use foods to create their vitamins and minerals and don't use any bulkers, binders or fillers.

Due to the fact that these supplements are made with foods or liquids they are more bioavailable resulting in better absorption and utilisation compared to their synthetic counterparts.
