Instructions:


  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a blender, combine the soaked cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  3. In a large saucepan, pour the creamy cashew sauce over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce is heated through and thickened to your desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
